Writer, editor, content wrangler and strategist. I ride bikes too, but nobody wanted to pay me for that.

I'm a journalist and editor, an adept product reviewer, a content strategist, and, in recent years, a marketer specializing in the cycling space. I've developed content strategy, built and led content teams, designed product testing protocols, and helped legacy publications adapt to a new media landscape.

I’ve spent time as the sr. content & communications manager of a major bike brand, the managing editor of a product review site, a rank and file reporter at one of the nation’s largest news organizations and, on occasion, as a licensed drone pilot, videographer and photographer. My work includes national-level coverage of some of the largest wildfires and news events in the west, feature storytelling, beat reporting, extensive on-camera presenting and dozens (and dozens) of bicycle and product reviews. An adept editor skilled at solving the logistical challenges of content creation, I’m also an experienced project manager and content strategist.

I once dropped out of school to chase the dream of elite cycling, but a back injury and non-elite genetics steered me back to classes and into newsrooms. Content quickly occupied brain space once held solely by bikes, and little has changed since.
